Reason Y™ does not provide tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or audit representation. Reason Y™ does not prepare tax returns, determine eligibility for any tax credit, guarantee any credit, refund, or tax result, or act as a tax return preparer.
Procaccini Advisors LLC provides professional R&D tax credit review and related services under its separate customer engagement agreement. Any eligibility analysis, credit calculation, filing position, deliverable, or professional recommendation must come from Procaccini Advisors LLC or another qualified tax professional engaged by the customer.
Access to the Reason Y™ workflow, completion of platform agreements, upload of records, completion of an intake workbook, or signing of a Procaccini Advisors LLC engagement agreement does not guarantee that Procaccini Advisors LLC will accept, complete, or continue an engagement. Procaccini Advisors LLC may decline, limit, suspend, or terminate services according to its engagement terms and professional judgment.
The customer remains responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all information, records, W-2s, tax returns, general ledgers, project descriptions, payroll records, and other materials submitted through the workflow.
The Reason Y™ workflow may help organize records for review, but the workflow does not replace the customer’s CPA, tax advisor, legal counsel, or other professional advisors. Customers should consult their own advisors before taking any tax position, filing any return, amending any return, claiming any credit, or relying on any tax treatment.
