All applications are reviewed before approval. You will hear from Reason Y before referral compensation terms, promotional materials, or partner confirmation are provided.

I understand and agree that: (1) unless I am separately licensed and engaged by the referred company in my own professional capacity, I will not provide tax advice or make representations about eligibility, credit value, refund amounts, or IRS acceptance; (2) I will not speak on behalf of Reason Y or Procaccini Advisors unless expressly authorized in writing; (3) I will not promise any specific credit outcome or guarantee that any company will qualify; (4) I will not describe myself as an approved Reason Y referral partner until I receive written approval from Reason Y; (5) I will use only approved promotional language provided or approved by Reason Y, and will not modify that language without written approval; and (6) referral compensation, if any, is subject to a separate signed partner agreement, required disclosures, and applicable professional compliance rules.
